How an experience at Homina works

Every experience at Homina is a human encounter rooted in care, presence, and deep listening. Here we explain, in simple terms, what you can expect before, during, and after your session.

Before the experience

Before the session, we welcome each person exactly as they are. No special preparation, previous experience, or fixed goals are required.

If you have questions or are unsure which experience is the most suitable for your current moment, you can speak with us before booking. We will help you choose gently and without pressure.

During the experience

Each session is guided with presence, attention, and constant adaptation. We listen to the body, the rhythm, and the emotions of each person, adjusting the experience in real time.

Depending on the experience chosen, the session may include:

We do not follow rigid protocols or force any process. The focus is always on safety, consent, and respect for each person's pace.

Support for babies, children, and families

When working with babies, young children, and families, the focus is on safety, bonding, and emotional co-regulation. Experiences may include gradual water adaptation, sensory exploration, shared presence, assisted floating, and Shantala baby massage when it feels appropriate for the family.

Each session is adapted to the child’s emotional and sensory rhythm. There is no pressure to enter the water or to participate in any specific way. If a child needs time to observe, build confidence, or approach gradually, that process is fully respected.

Some families seek a one-off moment of regulation and connection; others benefit from a more continuous process, especially during periods of transition, emotional sensitivity, or difficulty in new environments. Each case is considered individually.

After the experience

After the session, we leave space for integration. Some people feel immediate clarity or lightness; others need time, rest, or silence.

There is no obligation to continue and no upselling. Each person decides their next steps at their own pace.

What Homina is (and what it is not)

Homina is a conscious wellness space and a human-centered support environment. It does not replace medical or psychological care and does not promise cures.

Here we care with presence, ethics, and respect for each person's individual process.
